• No data collection: prepSync runs entirely on your device.
• No tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites.

If you contact us directly (e.g., by email), we will receive the information you choose to send. We will use it only to respond and then delete it when no longer needed.

Data we do not collect

The app does not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Health or fitness data
• Contacts, calendars, photos, or files
• Usage analytics, diagnostics, or crash logs
• Advertising identifiers or device fingerprinting

We do not share data with third parties and we do not sell data.

Data on your device

For the app to function, the following may be stored locally on your device:

• Timer configurations and schedules
• Notification preferences (e.g., sound, vibration)
• App settings (theme, units, etc.)

This data stays on your device and is removed if you delete the app. Your operating system or cloud backup (e.g., iCloud Backup) may include this data in device backups; those services are governed by Apple policies.

App permissions

prepSync may request the following permission:

• Notifications (optional) to alert you when a timer ends.

We do not request or use permissions for location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or Bluetooth.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect any data from children. The app is suitable for general audiences and does not contain user accounts or data‑collection features.

International transfers

Not applicable. We do not collect or transmit personal data.

Your rights

Because the app does not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you contact us and share personal data, you may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Crash Data and Diagnostics

prepSync does not collect crash data itself. However, if you have enabled “Share with App Developers” in your device settings, Apple may collect crash logs and diagnostics on our behalf and provide us with aggregated, anonymized reports through App Store Connect. These reports do not include personal data and are used only to help identify and fix issues.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that collect data in the future, we will update this policy and the in‑app disclosures before those changes take effect.
